Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. As we operate on advance bookings, rooms are difficult to fill at the last minute. Deposits are not refundable, but can be transferable in the event that the quoted package is resold at the full amount. If it is not sold, discounted, or comission is payable to an agent, costs will be charged against the deposit. This may involve a full loss of deposit. All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. Tariffs may vary during school holidays and peak time.
